How to Troubleshoot White Spots on an LED Screen

When white spots appear on the screen, do not rush to replace any parts. First, record the location and number of the white spots and whether they change. Then check the LED modules, control system, and cables step by step. This usually makes it easier to find the real cause of the problem.

Step 1: Check the Location and Number of White Spots

Check whether the fault affects one pixel, one row or column, one module, or several modules. Mark the affected position before continuing with the next test. 

Step 2: Check Whether the White Spots Stay Fixed

If the white spots remain in the same physical position while different test colors are displayed, the problem is more likely related to the screen hardware or signal path rather than the video content.
