Why Choose an All-in-One LED Display?
- Fewer External Devices
The display, screen sharing, audio, and control systems are built into one unit. This reduces external devices and complex connections, so you do not need to check each device before a meeting. - Multiple Screen Sizes
Available in 108-inch to 216-inch sizes with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The screen size, pixel pitch, and resolution can be matched to the viewing distance in meeting rooms, showrooms, and lecture halls. - Quiet Cooling
The enclosed cabinet uses natural cooling and does not require regular filter replacement. This helps prevent fan noise from disturbing meetings. - Simpler Operation
Screen sharing, signal switching, and system control use one interface, so you do not need to switch back and forth between different devices.
What Is an All-in-One LED Display?
An All-in-One LED Display is a commercial display system that is fully integrated and tested before leaving the factory. Unlike a traditional LED screen that requires on-site module assembly, a separate video processor, and several external devices, it combines the LED display modules, control system, power supplies, operating system, speakers, and cabinet structure into one complete unit. After delivery, the screen only needs to be mounted on a wall or stand and connected to power and the required signal sources.
A standard system usually includes:
- Calibrated LED display modules
- A built-in Android system
- Wireless screen sharing
- HDMI, USB, LAN, and audio output ports
- Built-in speakers
- A metal cabinet with wall-mounted or mobile installation options
- A remote control and the required cables
You receive a complete display system that is ready for installation, not a set of separate LED parts that must be assembled on site.
Choose the Right All-in-One LED Display Configuration
SWXLED provides several All-in-One LED Display series. You can select the screen size, pixel pitch, and LED technology based on your project.
By Screen Size

108-inch All-in-One LED Display
For conference rooms with an area of 20-40 square meters, this 108-inch All-in-One LED Display is a suitable choice and can meet the needs of 1-20 people.

135-inch All-in-One LED Display
The conference room area is 40-80 square meters, and the 135-inch All-in-One LED Display is a better choice, which can meet the needs of 20-40 people.

162-inchAll-in-One LED Display
For meeting rooms with an area of 80-100 square meters, we recommend our 162-inch All-in-One LED Display, which ensures that information in every corner is clearly visible.

216-inch All-in-One LED Display
The 216-inch model is used in large conference halls and lecture spaces over 100 square meters. A longer viewing distance is recommended for this screen size.
By Pixel Pitch

P1.25 All-in-One LED Display
P1.25 is used for close viewing. Small text, tables, and drawings look clearer at a short distance.

P1.56 All-in-One LED Display
P1.56 fits most standard meeting rooms. It provides clear images without adding the higher cost of a smaller pixel pitch.

P1.87 All-in-One LED Display
P1.87 is used in lecture halls and large showrooms where the viewing distance is longer. It keeps the project cost lower when a smaller pixel pitch is not needed.
By LED Technology

COB All-in-One LED Display
The flip-chip COB design packages the LED chips directly on the PCB surface without bonding wires or lamp cups. The surface has better protection than standard SMD and is less likely to be damaged by impact, moisture, or static electricity.

SMD + GOB All-in-One LED Display
A layer of GOB material is added over the SMD LEDs. It gives the screen more surface protection than standard SMD, while the cost is lower than COB. It is commonly used in indoor commercial spaces. The added layer also protects the LEDs from damage during cleaning and daily contact.
By Installation & Product Design

Wall-Mounted All-in-One LED Display
The screen is fixed directly to the wall. The unit is 28 mm thick and does not need rear maintenance space. It can be installed in new or renovated meeting rooms when the wall can support the screen.

Floor-Standing All-in-One LED Display
The screen comes with a fixed floor stand, so no holes are needed in the wall. It works well in rented offices, rooms with glass walls, and spaces where the wall cannot support the screen. The room is also easier to restore when the display is removed.

Mobile Stand All-in-One LED Display
The wheeled stand allows the screen to move between training rooms, showrooms, and event spaces. One screen can be used in several rooms, reducing the need to buy a separate display for each space.

Foldable All-in-One LED Display
The screen folds into a smaller size for transport. It is easier to move through elevators, narrow doors, and building corridors before installation.
All-in-One LED Display Solutions for Different Commercial Spaces
Corporate Meeting RoomsUsed for PowerPoint presentations, reports, and video meetings. Remote video and local content can be shown on the same screen. Sizes from 108 to 162 inches fit different meeting rooms, and the 16:9 ratio matches common office content.
Training Rooms & Education SpacesUsed for course materials, product demos, and student screen sharing. Medium and large training rooms can choose screens of 135 inches or larger. The pixel pitch should match the viewing distance from the back of the room so that text and charts remain easy to read.
Conference Halls & Event SpacesUsed for industry forums, product launches, and company events. Screens from 135 to 162 inches can work as the main stage screen or background display. The seamless picture also looks better in photos and live video.
Government Meeting & Monitoring RoomsUsed for dashboards, GIS maps, and multiple monitoring signals. Split-screen layouts can be set in advance and changed for different tasks. Maps and data are not cut by physical bezels.
Hotel Ballrooms & Business CentersUsed for meetings, weddings, and product presentations. Models with mobile stands can be moved between suitable rooms. Guests can also share content from their own devices.
Showrooms & Brand Experience CentersUsed for brand videos, product introductions, and interactive content. Wall-mounted and foldable models can be selected for fixed displays or temporary events, depending on the showroom layout.
Churches & Worship SpacesChurches use the display for song lyrics, sermon notes, and live video. Screen size, pixel pitch, and brightness are chosen based on the natural light in the room and the distance to the back rows. This keeps the text clear throughout the worship space.
Live Streaming Studios & Background DisplaysUsed for live-stream backgrounds, product close-ups, and on-screen information. A high refresh rate can reduce flicker on camera, while the seamless screen keeps the background clean and complete.
Key Features of All-in-One LED Display
Standard 108″, 135″, and 162″ models have a physical resolution of 1920 × 1080 and can receive a 4K input signal. Physical 4K configurations require a different screen size and pixel pitch.
The built-in wireless sharing system works with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Computers, phones, and tablets can connect quickly without changing cables during a meeting.
Cameras, microphones, speakers, and meeting software can be configured for the project. This reduces external equipment and cables on the meeting table.
The display has a built-in Android system. A Windows OPS module is available as an option. Each system can be used for daily content, meeting software, and company office programs.
Infrared or capacitive touch is available. It supports writing, zoom gestures, and multi-touch use for meetings, training, and interactive teaching.
A high refresh rate is available to reduce scan lines and flicker on camera. It is used for video meetings, live streaming, and event recording.
All-in-One LED Display vs Traditional Display Solutions
- ProjectorThe picture can lose contrast under bright room lighting, and speakers, screen-sharing devices, and extra cables are usually required.
- LCD Video WallIt works well in bright rooms, but the panel bezels may obscure text, charts, and images.
- Traditional LED ScreenIt has no visible seams, but it requires cabinet assembly, a steel structure, external control equipment, and more on-site work.
- SWXLED All-in-One LED DisplayThe 16:9 screen is calibrated before delivery. Screen sharing, audio, control, and the operating system can be built into the main unit, so installation usually takes only a few hours.
The right choice depends on where you want to spend the budget: on the screen itself or on installation, cabling, and extra equipment.

Works with Your Existing AV System
- Standard System Connections
The integrated LED display system works with existing control systems, cameras, and microphones through HDMI, USB, RJ45, and other standard ports. You do not need to replace the complete meeting room system.
- Existing AV Equipment
We check the ports and control method against the equipment and signal sources already in the room. When replacing a projector or LCD screen, you only need to change the parts that are necessary.
- Manage Multiple Displays from One Place
The optional cloud platform gives the IT team one place to check multiple displays, send system updates, and manage user permissions.
Installation & Maintenance
- Pre-Assembled Installation
The LED modules, internal wiring, system setup, and image calibration are completed before the unit leaves the factory. On site, the screen only needs to be fixed to a wall mount or floor stand and connected to power and the required signal sources. Installation usually takes a few hours.
- Front Maintenance
The All-in-One LED Screen is serviced from the front. The LED modules, power supplies, and control parts can be checked and replaced without removing the complete screen. Wall-mounted models do not need rear service space.
- Flexible Installation
Wall-mounted, floor-standing, and mobile stand options are available. Installation drawings, video guides, and remote setup support are also provided, so contractors or company IT teams can complete the installation on site.

Why Choose SWXLED as Your LED Display Partner

Price and specifications are easy to compare before placing an order. The real questions come later. Can you see how production is going? Will the next batch match the first one? Can you still reach someone who knows the project after delivery?
SWXLED manufactures All-in-One LED Displays in its own factory in China. You can ask our team directly about the materials, production progress, and batch requirements. There is no middleman between you and the factory.
We record the module, cabinet, and system details from the first order. When you have another store, branch, or similar project, we can use the same details again. For installation or after-sales problems, you continue working with the project team that handled your order.
Project Documents and Technical Support
You handle the customer and the project. We handle the technical work. Based on your CAD drawings and site information, we provide screen size advice, installation plans, system diagrams, specifications, and project documents. When installation begins, our engineers continue to work with you online. This saves you time preparing technical documents and dealing with site problems.
Mobile stands, Windows OPS, cameras, microphones, touch control, and spare modules can be supplied with the display based on the project. The quotation lists the standard items and optional items separately based on the project requirements. We also check the ports and system compatibility in advance, so you do not need to add accessories at the last minute after the equipment arrives.

Standard orders are usually shipped within 7 working days. Urgent orders can be discussed in advance. Products ship directly from our Shenzhen factory. Door-to-door delivery is available worldwide, and you can track the shipment status.
Each All-in-One LED Display comes with installation instructions and video guides. During installation, you can contact the project engineer directly when you have a question. You do not need to pass the problem through several people.
The complete unit comes with a 3-year warranty. For hardware faults not caused by misuse, we provide replacement support as soon as possible. After the warranty period, replacement parts can be sent first once the fault is confirmed, so the screen does not remain out of use while waiting for parts.
What Our Customers Say About SWXLED
There is no fixed price for an All-in-One LED Display. The final price mainly depends on the screen size, pixel pitch, LED packaging type, installation method, and optional functions.
Screen Size
A 108-inch screen and a 162-inch screen require different numbers of modules, cabinet structures, packaging, and shipping costs. A larger screen costs more in total, but the price per square meter does not drop at a fixed rate.
Pixel Pitch
P1.25 and P1.56 use different numbers of LEDs and driver ICs. A shorter viewing distance usually requires a smaller pixel pitch. This means more pixels per square meter and a higher cost.
Installation Method
Wall mounting, mobile stands, and foldable models use different structural parts. A mobile stand must be ordered separately. A foldable model also requires special hinges and frames.
Optional Functions
A Windows OPS computer, touch control, and a central management platform will also affect the final quote.
When asking for a quote, send us the room size and viewing distance. SWXLED will explain how each configuration affects the price, so you do not pay for specifications you do not need.
Yes. An All-in-One LED Display includes HDMI, DP, and USB-C inputs and also supports wireless screen sharing. It can connect to computers, cameras, and video conference equipment.
Models with multi-window display can show a PowerPoint presentation, a video meeting, or several data sources at the same time. The number of windows and the screen layout depend on the built-in system and video processing setup.
A standard meeting room usually does not need an extra matrix switcher or an external video processor. When asking for a quote, tell us how many video sources you have and how you want to divide the screen. SWXLED will select the right setup for your project.
Yes. The built-in wireless screen sharing system works with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. People can share content directly from their own computers, phones, or tablets. When several people take turns sharing, they do not need to unplug and reconnect cables.
Some configurations also support guest access codes and can clear connection records after the meeting. Wireless screen sharing is built into the All-in-One LED Display, so a standard meeting room usually does not need a separate screen sharing device.
Yes. The SWXLED factory in Shenzhen has its own SMT line and assembly workshop. We provide OEM All-in-One LED Displays for dealers, brands, and AV integrators.
You can add your logo, startup screen, packaging, and user manual. Color temperature and brightness settings can also be changed. For larger orders, the cabinet structure, ports, and system functions can be adjusted.
The MOQ and lead time depend on how much customization is needed. Send us your branding requirements and estimated order quantity. We will provide the setup, MOQ, and sample production time.
A faulty LED module usually affects only that part of the screen. The complete screen does not need to be replaced.
The front-service design allows the faulty module to be removed from the front and replaced with a matching spare module. On-site IT or maintenance staff can do this by following the video guide.
For faults not caused by misuse during the warranty period, a replacement module can be provided under the warranty terms.
For daily cleaning, wipe dust from the screen surface with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not apply liquid cleaner directly to the screen.
The All-in-One LED Display uses an enclosed cabinet with no exposed cables or filters that need regular replacement. Under normal use, the cabinet does not need to be opened often for dust cleaning. Systems with OTA support can also receive firmware updates remotely.
LED chips have a rated lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. At 8 hours of use per day, this equals about 34 years in theory. In real commercial use, an All-in-One LED Display can usually work for 8–10 years or more. The actual lifespan depends on daily operating hours, brightness settings, and room temperature. During normal use, the brightness slowly decreases over time, but it usually does not affect daily meetings or commercial displays.
